By accessing or using Researgence ("the Platform"), a product of CIntelligence Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Researgence is a Research Intelligence Platform that provides universities and research institutions with analytics, data validation, collaboration mapping, and reporting tools. The Platform aggregates and analyzes research metadata to provide actionable insights.
Institutional accounts are created through formal agreements with CIntelligence. Account administrators are responsible for managing user access within their institution. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are responsible for all activities under their account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: (a) use the Platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation; (d) share access credentials with unauthorized parties.
Institutions retain ownership of their research data uploaded to the Platform. CIntelligence is granted a license to process this data solely for providing Platform services. Aggregated, anonymized insights may be used for Platform improvement and benchmarking purposes.
The Platform, including its design, features, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CIntelligence Private Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform as per their subscription agreement.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
CIntelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose.
Either party may terminate the service agreement as per the terms of their subscription contract. Upon termination, institution data will be provided in a standard format upon request and subsequently deleted from our systems within 90 days.
