Research metadata, publication records, faculty information, and institutional structures provided by subscribing institutions for analysis and reporting purposes.

User Account Information

Name, email address, institutional affiliation, and role information for platform users created by institutional administrators.

Usage Data

Platform interaction data including login times, features accessed, and queries made to improve our services.

To provide research intelligence and analytics services
To generate reports and insights for your institution
To validate and verify research data integrity
To improve Platform features and user experience
To provide technical support and respond to inquiries
To ensure Platform security and prevent misuse

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with servers located in India to comply with data localization requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share information with: (a) service providers who assist in Platform operations under strict confidentiality agreements; (b) when required by law or legal process; (c) to protect our rights and safety. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for benchmarking and research purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain institutional data for the duration of the service agreement plus 90 days for transition purposes. Upon request, we can provide data export in standard formats. After termination, data is securely deleted from our systems.

Institutions and their users have the right to: access their data; request corrections to inaccurate data; request data export; request deletion of data (subject to legal and contractual requirements). Contact your institutional administrator or our support team to exercise these rights.
